What happens at the appointment?
Your consultation will be with a practitioner where you will sit in a podiatrist’s chair. The Podiatrist take a medical history and will ask questions prior to any treatment being given and, if applicable, discuss the treatment options available. Treatment will not be undertaken until you have given consent.
Treatment can often commence during your initial assessment; however, this depends on the problem at hand and is not always the case.

What is the difference between a Podiatrist and a Chiropodist?
Do you accept health insurance?
We do not dealing directly with Health insurance providers.
Payment is made to the clinic by the patient and a receipt issued so that the amount can be reclaimed from qualifying insurers.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online or call our friendly reception team who can find a suitable time for you. For 1st appointments we will ask for a payment upfront.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring prescriptions, footwear for assessment and previous orthotics.
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
We understand that plans change so please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
Why should I see a podiatrist rather than use over the counter treatments?
Podiatrists are highly trained Professional specialising in foot health and can accurately diagnose issues. We understand what’s safe and effective for your specific foot problem and offer professional, tailored care to prevent further complications.
Are your treatment rooms accessible?
Yes, clinics both have well-equipped and comfortable rooms on the ground-floor room.
Do you offer same day or emergency appointment?
We try to keep appointments open for emergencies which are subject to availability.
