What is Arthritis?

Arthritis literally means joint pain. Arthritis can materialise at any age, although certain types of arthritis are more common in older or younger people. There is no cure for arthritis but there are many treatments at your disposal. The two main types of arthritis are Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
